The ‘Kennis en Promotie Platform Fries dressuur paard’ ((K&PP) Knowledge and Promotion Platform Friesian Dressage Horse, ed.) has found an international Jury who are willing to do the judging during the European Championships for Friesian Horses which take place at Stud Bommelsteyn in Haskerhorne and are scheduled for October 11th to 13th.
Top dressage rider Adelinde Cornelissen
On Friday, top dressage rider Adelinde Cornelissen will be there to judge the young horses, the 4-, 5-, 6- and 7-year-olds. This year the organisation has organised a small final for these classes, primarily to give foreign combinations the chance to ride a second test. Entries have already come in from Germany, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, France and most likely also from Italy. This small final will be ridden on Saturday afternoon.
International Jury
The other jury members to complete the Jury team with Cornelissen are the Belgian judges Dominique Remanque and Gaston Croonen and Dutch international Jury member Ellen van de Berg. The subtop categories are scheduled for Saturday. The final takes place on Sunday when combinations will ride a freestyle to music. All Heavy Tour riders ride a freestyle to music whereby on both days the audience can watch their performances from benches alongside the ring.
