The 70-day test of the Central Examination continues with eight stallions who have successfully completed their saddle test. They are being prepared for the in-harness part, the driving- and showdriving tests.
Hidde not referred
On Wednesday the 26th of October Hidde fân Stal Bellefleur Star (Meinte 490) completed his test which had been rescheduled, but he was not referred to the in-harness part. Mainly in walk the rhythm is not regular, this also shows a little in trot and in the transitions. He is a very beautiful and breed-typical stallion but regularity is a precondition for approval, as the SIC commented. Hidde may going to take part in the second chance next June.
Guest drivers Henk Hammers and Demi van Nispen
The attention in the CE now focuses on the in-harness elements. The stallions are trained by drivers Udo de Haan and Ria Hettinga and starting next week the guest drivers will come into the picture. Guest driver Henk Hammers is going to present the stallions on Friday, a week later it is Demi van Nispen’s turn. The SIC will include their experiences with the stallions in their final assessment. This will take place on Saturday the 12th of November which is also the day when the final conclusions will be made public. Which stallions will be given the honour of being KFPS Studbook stallions?
